urban projection and choreographic intervention

Commissioned in celebratioin of KickArts 25 year as an enterprise for contemporary emerging and experimental art.

A collaboration between the science of colour and sound, CloudSound looks at the atmosphere of the Torrid Zone, translating the moist-environment into musical cloudscapes.

The interactive site-specific performance combines generative visual art, music and dance, which provide a live feed of frequencies and vibrations that create highly saturated imagery.

Natalia Mann (harp), Rebecca Youdell (dance), Russell Milledge and Clinton Freeman (wearable generative device), Russell Milledge (Sound programming, Projection and System design), Tai Inoue (documentation)
